A weekend field trip to collect GPS data in conjunction with some of the Lab materials is March 26-27.

The project site is the Mason Mountain Wildlife Management Area

• Download driving directions from Mason.
• See a geologic map (large file) of the field site.
• Download UT- and Department-required waiver forms.
• Check this UT Rec Sports link if you need to rent a sleeping bag, sleeping pad and/or tent for the weekend.  Note that equipment rental and pick up is only available Mondays and Fridays 12-6 pm.  Make reservations during operating hours by calling 512-471-8047 up to 10 days in advance.  Payment is due upon making a reservation.
