An ESRI tutorial on using the "Make NetCDF Raster Layer" tool in
ArcGIS10 is available online at

This tool does not apparently work for importing NetCDF Gebco
bathymetry. Instead, first download and install the Gebco
Display software (https://www.bodc.ac.uk/products/software_products/gebco_grid_display/
; you must register as a user first), which can export the data
as ASCII.
